The Junior Symphony Guild, also known as the JRSG, listed their most important past events on their website. Among these important programs that won many awards, the one that marks the highlight of the guild was their 1997 appearance in Washington, D.C. It was at this event that the American Symphony Orchestra League awarded them with the honor of being the top symphony guild in the country for extending the education of musicians.

With that honor, the JRSG was able to become more prominent in the community and attract record attendance numbers at their shows, including the Tiny Tots concert and the Within The Orchestra programs.
